Dr. Doug Flora is the Interim Oncology Medical Director of St. Elizabeth Healthcare, serving since September 2017. A lifelong Cincinnatian, Dr. Flora graduated from Medical School at Ohio State University in 1999, completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Dr. Flora has been an oncologist at St. Elizabeth since 2005, and currently serves as the Medical Staff President and is a member of the Board of Trustees. He is an integral part of the leadership team at St. Elizabeth with involvement in various committees, including prior Chairman of the Department of Medicine, Chairman of the Quality Improvement Committee, Physician Champion Precision Medicine and a member of the St. Elizabeth Foundation Samaritan Committee.
Dr. Flora is involved in the community, serving on the board for Cancer Family Care board and the Andy & Jordan Dalton Foundation. Dr. Flora enjoys international travel with his wife, Andrea and their three children.
