Legacy is dedicated to giving voice to young professionals by way of connecting Legacy members to various boards and commissions in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area.
Operation Under Forty is our newest initiative in which we are partnering with the United Way of Greater Cincinnati to utilize the BoardBank and allow our members to view vacancies on both public and private boards in our region. This program also allows prospective boards looking to fill vacancies to view interested community members. The goal is to provide young professionals a platform to be able to directly impact the community and region through private and public partnerships.
Legacy believes that it is important that young professionals have a voice in the region. Identifying ways in which our members can grow professionally and personally is a priority for our organization. Operation Under Forty embraces our vision and we encourage all members who have the time, talent, and expertise to take advantage of this program and engage the community.

Testimonial
"Serving on a board has given me a tremendous opportunity to give back to my community and further my professional network. Redwood is an organization that guides children and adults with multiple and severe disabilities to achieve independence and reach their highest potential. My life has been enriched through my involvement with the people at Redwood and it’s a tremendous honor to help guide the organization’s future direction. I’ve been able to participate in many fun volunteer and fundraising activities. Getting to collaborate with various community leaders to make the community a better place to live has been the experience of a lifetime." -Michael Haas
