Adopted Nonprofits | How the Program Works | How to Apply
Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati is known for attracting some of the most talented professionals in the nation - and big talent likes to give back in a big way! That's why LEGACY has created a program called Adopt-A-Nonprofit.
Adopt-A-Nonprofit is a community engagement program designed to help our 300 members make an impact in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region through meaningful volunteer opportunities.
How the Program Works
LEGACY will adopt six nonprofits for the year, promoting the organization's standard opportunities to our members. Plus, LEGACY will feature these nonprofits at our monthly Networking Happy Hours. Once a nonprofit has been selected they must wait three years before applying again.
*ACUE has a standing spot as an adopted nonprofit due to the partnership that was formed with LEGACY prior to the implementation of ANP.
Benefits to the Adopted Nonprofits
All adopted nonprofits will receive these benefits for the duration of the program year:

Featured webpage on LEGACY's website

Informational booth at the LEGACY Annual Meeting (held in August)

Informational booth at the LEGACY Holiday Party (held in December)

Informational booth at two Networking Happy Hours (months mutually agreed upon between LEGACY and the Nonprofit)

Volunteer opportunities featured in the weekly LEGACY e-FLASH

Volunteer opportunities posted under announcements on the LEGACY website
How to Apply for Adoption
If your nonprofit is interested in the Adopt-A-Nonprofit program, you only need to complete a simple application. Applications for 2012 will be accepted in December of 2011.
